The school is planning a week long trip to Shim!a for the students of class XII during their summer vacations. A group of 40 students along with three teachers will be visiting Shimla.

The touring party intends to leave Chandigarh on 15 May, 2016 and to return on 21 May ,2016. You are requested to arrange a Volvo bus for ferrying the students to end fro and local sightseeing trips. Kindly book 15 rooms on a triple sharing basis in a 3 Star hotel, close to the Mali Road. The rooms should have E good view and 24 hour hot and cold water. 

In case such arrangements can be made kindly confirm at the earliest. Also send us a list of estimated expenses.

A group of 60 students of class Xi of our school has planned to visit Jog Falls during the summer vacation. They will be accompanied by three teachers and two attendants. They plan to leave Bengaluru on 15th May by Jeevan Express and return by the same train from Shimoga on 25th May. Kindly confirm whether a bogie can be reserved for the above mentioned dates. We would also like to know the estimated fare so that we can make necessary arrangements at our end.
